of a new technology and process organization |

Based on the vision of a Vice
President of systems development, Strategic Perspectives designed,
formed, and temporarily led a technology and process management
department. We re-engineered several of the organization's
existing business and technical processes and began the implementation
of uniform processes and standard practices, including alignment with
customers, project selection and priority setting, program and project
management, system development methodology, business planning, and
technology infusion. |
