The Chief Technology Officer asked Strategic Perspectives to improve his company's ad hoc processes for managing their information technology investment.  We assessed their objectives and culture, designed and gained acceptance of a "process architecture", and designed and implemented the company's first priority processes: setting and maintaining technology standards and centralizing the interface with technology suppliers.  The Strategic Perspectives design included a unique Technology Owner concept.   

Implementation required creating the infrastructure and software to support the processes and a significant focus on evolving the organization's culture from "project technology autonomy" to "enterprise technology standardization".
