Strengthening relationships with internal customers

Strategic Perspectives identified factors or traits that an IT organization's most "trusted partners" exhibited in relationships with their internal company customers and the specific behaviors and actions these individuals and groups demonstrated.  We recommended a series of steps to duplicate these traits and behaviors throughout the organization.  We also produced a "web report" for the company's intranet and made a series of presentations to communicate the results.

An Optimize Magazine article describes the highest level results of the investigation and recognizes Strategic Perspectives' role in the effort.
