A large IT organization recognized a need to become more proactive in creating business innovations for the company using technology.  They asked Strategic Perspectives to help them identify and make the first steps toward achieving this goal.  We reviewed their objectives and current situation and, to stimulate discussion, prepared a white paper that defined general considerations applicable to their objectives.  Also, based on this paper and subsequent discussion with IT personnel, we designed a process for business innovation appropriate to their situation.
